What do I do if my medication isn't working for me?

The active ingredients in alternative medicine will work slightly differently for every patient. What works best for one person may not always work for another. If you feel your medication is not working for you and you want to stop taking it, you are welcome to contact the Care Team who can reach out to your prescribing doctor for advice on how to proceed with your treatment plan.

If you are wanting to try a new type of medication that you do not currently have a prescription for or get further guidance from your practitioner, you will need to book a follow up consultation with your Polln doctor.
