Our doctors review your previous care and treatment history, take the time to understand your health goals, and work with you to develop a personalised care plan that builds on what’s already working. At Polln, switching means continuity of care — with the added benefit of more support, better follow-up, and a patient-first approach.
Yes — all patients will need a discharge letter to switch clinics. If you don’t have one yet, our care team can guide you through the process.
After your first consultation, you’ll continue your care with Polln’s doctors and support team. Together, we’ll review your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and provide ongoing support through follow-up consults and our Care Team. Standard consultation fees and treatment costs apply after your initial $29 consult.
No — the $29 offer covers your initial doctor consult only. Any prescribed treatments and pharmacy costs are separate.
Patients already under the care of another clinic, who are clinically eligible, may qualify.
