Booking
After you’ve submitted the referral form, one of our friendly Care Team members will reach out to your patient to help them book a consultation with a suitable Polln specialist.
Treatment
Your patient will speak with one of our specialists via video consultation and if deemed eligible, be written a prescription. Our specialists are product-agnostic so your patient will only be prescribed what’s best for them. Medication is express posted directly to your patient.
Continuous Care
By joining Polln, your patient can enjoy access to complimentary nurse and care team support, including dosing and titration advice and treatment plan check-ins. Our team can also provide you with progress reports throughout the treatment process.
