Patient contact & booking

We’ll reach out to your patient within one business day to help them book a 30-minute consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor.

Clinical assessment & treatment

Your patient attends a telehealth consultation. If appropriate, a treatment plan is prescribed and medication is sent via secure, express delivery.

Ongoing support & shared care

Patients receive unlimited nurse support for dosing, titration and follow-up. Referring partners receive correspondence, with patient consent, supporting collaborative care.
