Can I return a prescribed product or treatment and get a refund?
Because prescribed medications must be stored under strict conditions and cannot be reused once supplied, pharmacies are generally unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind or unused products. This is a requirement to ensure safety and quality for all patients.
If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your medication, please contact the Polln Care Team as soon as possible. In some cases, where a product fault or quality concern is confirmed by the pharmacy, we may be able to arrange a replacement or refund in line with pharmacy and consumer guidelines.
