If you have a question about your prescribed medication you are welcome to contact the Care Team by emailing hello@polln.com or calling 1300 176 556. Alternatively, if you want to review or make changes to your treatment plan or prescriptions, we recommend booking a follow-up consultation with your Polln doctor.

The Care Team can only provide guidance based on the notes provided to us by your doctor or based on the medication information available to us – such as your dosing requirements and how to take your medication. For personalised medical advice, you will need to speak with your Polln doctor directly.
