Can I bulk bill Polln services through Medicare?

Unfortunately there is currently no Medicare rebate available for Polln telehealth consultations. Medicare will only offer a rebate for telehealth consultations if the patient has also seen the doctor in person within the last 12 months. Due to the nature of our telehealth platform, seeing our medical practitioners in-person isn't something that we can provide. ‍

We do hope that Medicare changes these rules in the future, as we would love for our patients to be able to receive a rebate on our services to reduce product costs.
