How do I pay for my consultation and medications?

Consultations:

Consultation fees are paid at the time of booking. Once you choose an appointment time in your Polln dashboard, you’ll be guided through the checkout process to confirm your booking.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your appointment is secured.

Medications:

If your doctor determines a prescription is suitable for you, it will be uploaded to your Polln dashboard. Once uploaded, you can access it under Prescriptions.

From there, select the medication you’d like to order by clicking Add to Cart, then follow the prompts to complete your payment and delivery details. Once payment is received, your medication will be prepared and sent to your nominated delivery address.
