Do I need to see the same doctor every time I use Polln?

Continuity of care can help your doctor understand your needs over time, so we do recommend booking follow-up consultations with the same Polln doctor when possible.

However, if you prefer to see a different practitioner or can’t find a suitable time with your usual doctor, you are welcome to book with another Polln doctor. All of your clinical notes, treatment history and previous prescriptions are available internally, so whichever doctor you see will have the information they need for your consultation.

If you have a preferred doctor, booking ahead is the best way to secure the times that work for you.
