Can I reschedule my consultation?

Yes. If your upcoming appointment is more than 24 hours away, you can reschedule your appointment yourself at any time using your Polln patient dashboard.

If your appointment is less than 24 hours away and you are no longer able to attend, please contact the Care Team to let us know. Unfortunately we are unable to refund consultation fees for any appointment cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you would like to re-book your cancelled or missed appointment, you can do so via your Polln patient dashboard.
