Can I reschedule my consultation?

Yes. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, you can reschedule it anytime through your Polln dashboard.

If your appointment is less than 24 hours away and you can no longer attend, please contact our Care Team as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, and the consultation fee is forfeited, as the appointment time has been reserved for you.
