Dr. Gavin McAuley is a warm and approachable GP based in Perth, WA, with a strong focus on holistic, patient-centred care.
Originally from the UK, Dr. Gavin graduated from the University of Aberdeen before building a solid foundation in Emergency and Hospital Medicine. Over the past five years, he’s found his passion in General Practice, where he enjoys getting to know his patients and working with them to achieve long-term health outcomes.
He has a keen interest in health promotion, preventative care, and helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes, especially when it comes to diet, mental wellbeing, and healthy habits. His approach is thorough, supportive and always tailored to the individual.
Whether he’s providing practical dietary advice or supporting his patients through a mental health journey, Dr. Gavin brings warmth, humour and deep care to every consult. He works with individuals across all stages of life, with a special focus on motivating and empowering his patients to take charge of their health.
What is an Authorised Prescriber?
An Authorised Prescriber (AP) is a doctor that has already received authority from the Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) to write medicinal cannabis prescriptions which means you’ll experience none of the wait time associated with other access pathways, such as the SAS pathway.
