If treatment options are prescribed you can order your medications straight through your Patient Portal.
Ongoing care made easy
At Polln, consultation fees don't include the cost of medications, tests or other care your doctor may recommend. Medicare rebates are not available for Polln consultations. Private health insurance may cover some consultation or prescription medication costs, depending on your policy. We recommend checking directly with your fund.

Questions people ask before booking
No, you don’t need a GP referral to get started with Polln. If you have relevant medical records, test results or a letter from your GP, you can upload them through your patient portal before your consultation.
If needed, your Polln doctor may also contact your regular GP or specialist, with your consent, to gather additional information and help coordinate your care.
Polln can work alongside your regular GP or specialist to support continuity of care. With your consent, your Polln doctor may contact them for additional information or share relevant updates to help coordinate your care. If this is needed, your doctor will discuss it with you during your consultation.
Not necessarily. Your consultation is an opportunity for your doctor to assess your health and discuss whether prescription natural therapies may be appropriate for you. Any recommendations will be based on your individual circumstances.

Yes, you're welcome to book a consultation with Polln. We recommend requesting a discharge letter or relevant medical records from your current clinic and uploading them before your appointment. This can help your Polln doctor understand your treatment history and make the transition to your care with us smoother. Your doctor will make an independent assessment of what's appropriate for you.
If your doctor prescribes medication, you can manage orders, request repeats and track deliveries through your patient portal. You can also book follow-up appointments and contact our nursing and care team if you need support between visits.
