What is Polln’s cancellation policy?

Polln charges a consultation fee on behalf of our Polln Practitioners. The consultation fee is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule or provide a refund for any missed or cancelled appointments where less than 24 hours notice has been provided. If you would like to re-book your cancelled or missed appointment, you can do so via your Polln patient dashboard.
