Your consultation fee is charged at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are generally not eligible for a refund, as your appointment time has been reserved with your doctor.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through your Polln dashboard when your appointment is more than 24 hours away.
