Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order at any time under the ‘Orders’ tab in your Polln patient dashboard up until it’s shipped from the pharmacy. If you're on a mobile device, go to ‘Menu’ and then ‘My Orders’. Once your order ships from the pharmacy, you'll receive a tracking number from StarTrack via email. To ensure your privacy and the safe delivery of your products, all of our pharmacy deliveries require a signature upon acceptance. Please ensure you have allocated a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. If no one is home, your package will be taken to the nearest post office for later collection.
