How much does Polln cost?

Polln was built on the belief that accessible, compassionate care starts with transparency. That’s why our pricing is clear from the beginning, with no hidden charges, no inflated medication costs, and no lock-ins.

• For New Patients: An Initial Doctor Consultation is $79 and includes a 30-minute telehealth consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor. If you are transferring from another clinic, you can upload a discharge letter during sign-up so your care can continue smoothly.
• For Existing Patients: Return consultations start from $49. You can book a 15-minute or 30-minute consultation with your prescribing doctor to check on progress, renew prescriptions, or discuss any updates to your care. All consultation fees are fixed and transparent, with no additional administrative charges.
• Medication Costs: Medication pricing varies depending on what is prescribed. Due to TGA regulations, medication prices can’t be displayed publicly, but your doctor can discuss available options and expected costs during your consultation. Polln does not add mark-ups to pharmacy pricing; medications are dispensed at standard RRP (Recommended Retail Price).
• Prescriptions & Delivery: After your consultation, any prescriptions will appear in your Polln patient dashboard. You can order your medications online at any time. Medications are quickly and discreetly delivered Australia-wide via StarTrack Premium (Next Business Day) for a flat rate of $15.
